In fact, you can thank the bees for about 1/3 of the food on your table.

One hive can hold about 60,000 to 80,000 bees with one queen that can lay about 1,500 to 2,000 eggs a day.

The Beekeepers Association of Southwest Florida aims to help inform the public about the importance of bees and how to help them.

You can help save the bees by learning more or purchasing the “Save The Bees” license plate!

These bees not only pollinate our food but also create delicious varieties of honey! Bees will take nectar from whatever is currently blooming in the area.
